This report presents the findings of the field implementation pilot of Commodities and Logistics Management (CLM) software at the Family Planning Association of Kenya (FPAK). CLM is a management information system associated with the purchasing, storage, and distribution of supplies and commodities at the warehouse level for health and family planning programs involved in stock management. It encompasses a range of flexible computer-based features to help warehouse management within existing structures and systems. A detailed analysis of findings is presented. Notes and recommendations for full implementation of CLM at FPAK are also included.
