PES for a project to promote private enterprise in rural Kenya covers the period 6/84-6/87 and lists six action decisions: (1) to provide the project with additional funding through appropriate mechanisms; (2) to explore (with other donors) innovative ways to offset project costs with revenues; (3) to increase project staffing to allow for effective support of subproject (SP) intermediaries; (4) to monitor SP job and income generation for evaluative purposes; (5) to check staff time required to enter into community-based enterprises SP”s; and (6) to use project resources to help establish links with other similar development projects worldwide through exchanges, visits, electronic networking, etc.
