Grant is provided under the Program and Development Support Project (5170000) to the Dominican Association of University Rectors (ADRU) to: (1) develop and implement an operational self-evaluation model for ADRU university accreditation; (2) provide TA to higher education institutions in the area of self-evaluation of operations and academic programs; and (3) establish standards of university excellence and create permanent mechanisms for self-evaluation and institutional improvement. The grant will support one full-time advisor, part-time TA for seminar and evaluation purposes, travel and per diem expenses, and office equipment for the ARDU. (Author abstract, modified)
