Grant is provided under the PVO Co-financing Project to the Kenya Freedom from Hunger Council (KFFHC) to establish information systems and provide training so that KFFHC and participating groups can implement applied nutrition programs. KFFHC will: (1) establish a documentation center; (2) redesign its financial management and reporting system; (3) train 212 community health workers and 40 trainers of trainers and trainers of facilitators in project identification, management, monitoring, and evaluation; and (4) develop a community training curriculum for nutrition education and community awareness/organization.
