Grant is provided under the Human Rights project (9300086) to the Consortium for Service to Latin America to survey the status of legal systems in six Francophone African countries (Benin, Cameroon, Gabon, The Gambia, Guinea, and Togo) and to explore the feasibility of establishing a regional legal center. Such a center would provide assistance in designing and implementing national and regional administration of justice projects.
