Grant to the BINA Education and Philanthropic Foundation to expand the Kfar Eliyahu Youth Village in Israel, a school originally founded as an elementary institution for immigrant girls that has been transformed into a residential academic and vocational secondary institution. In 1970 A.I.D. provided a grant to construct dormitory, classroom, and related facilities for the school. The present grant will be used to construct additional dormitories.
