Baseline MECAT Isiolo County Final Report

The report was prepared by Nawiri, a USAID-funded project, and provides an assessment of the county's monitoring and evaluation (M&E) capacity. The report includes an executive summary, introduction, and sections on the program overview, M&E capacity assessment methods, data collection, findings, and conclusions and recommendations. The report also includes annexes with additional information on the assessment tools and results.
