Esther Busquet · 2016

Abstract
The report aims to understand the extent to which economic poverty and typical dietary habits prevent households and vulnerable individuals from consuming a nutritious diet in the camp setting. The analysis estimates the cost of a nutritious diet and a diet that takes into account the dietary habits of the refugees, and explores the affordability of these diets given the food voucher program in place. The report provides key findings, lessons learned, and recommendations for improving food security and dietary diversity among camp residents.
