Abstract
The review aims to inform research and learning investments to strengthen GMP globally, particularly in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals. It summarizes what is known about counseling within GMP, its effectiveness, challenges, and potential promising solutions, and identifies gaps, recommendations, and learning questions for the way forward. The document is based on a consultation with experts, a desk review, and listening sessions with health workers, and complements ongoing work on growth monitoring by other organizations.
