FHI A2Z Food Fortification Toolkit: Micronutrient Fortification in Developing Countries

It provides technical resources and guidelines for governments, the food industry, and other stakeholders to implement and monitor food fortification programs. The toolkit includes various tools, such as the Food Fortification Formulator, Manual of Methods for Determining Micronutrients in Fortified Foods, Food Control Manuals, and Inspection Manual for Monitoring Salt and Flour Fortification. These tools aim to support the development of national standards and regulations for food fortification, as well as the capacity building of food inspectors to ensure compliance with regulations.
