Abstract
It explores the potential of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to promote behavior change among farmers, particularly in developing countries. The brief discusses the challenges faced by agricultural extension systems, the potential of ICTs to overcome these challenges, and the factors involved in behavior change. It also presents a framework for using ICTs to support agricultural extension, including identifying farmers' problems and opportunities, promoting behavior change, and collecting feedback.
