Abstract
The report presents a set of indicators for measuring infant and young child feeding practices, including breastfeeding and complementary feeding, in children from 0 to 23 months of age. The indicators were developed through a consensus-building process involving experts from various institutions and are intended for use in population-based surveys and national programs to assess, target, and monitor feeding practices. The report provides definitions and explanations of the indicators, as well as guidance on their use and limitations.
