IYCN Complementary Feeding Monitoring Tool

It provides a tool for tracking progress in achieving key practices related to infant and young child feeding on an ongoing basis. The tool is designed to be adapted for use in a particular program and is not intended to be used in its generic form. The guide includes an introduction and instructions, a table of contents, and an overview of the tool, which includes space for recording dates, ages, health of the child, and eight key practices related to optimal complementary feeding. The guide also explains how to use the tool, review and aggregate individual results, and adapt the tool for a particular program.
