Abstract
The study finds that mothers' diets reflect the diets of their small children, and that maternal dietary diversity is strongly linked to that of infants in the same household. The study suggests that nutrition education and social and behavior change interventions targeting maternal dietary diversity could benefit not only mothers but also young children.
