Abstract

The report is part of the USAID-funded Nawiri Project, which aims to reduce the prevalence of persistent acute malnutrition in these counties. The desk review aims to identify key unanswered questions related to the underlying determinants of MIYCN, identify relevant programs and interventions currently implemented in Samburu and Turkana, and gather insights on the effectiveness of past programs and lessons learned to inform MIYCN programming in USAID Nawiri.
