Clara Ramirez · 2015

Abstract
The analysis focused on four behaviors related to harvest and post-harvest practices: bending cornstalks, sun-drying maize grains, storing grains in silos, and nixtamalization. The report presents the methodology used, the results of the analysis, and recommendations for designing behavior change strategies to promote these practices. The ultimate goal is to reduce mycotoxin contamination in maize and contribute to the achievement of the Zero Hunger Pact goals in Guatemala.
