Abstract
The framework is the result of a collaborative effort by the Agile Core Team for Nutrition Monitoring (ACT-NM), which includes UNICEF, USAID, WHO, and USAID Advancing Nutrition. The framework identifies the immediate, underlying, and enabling determinants of nutrition outcomes, as well as the outcomes and impacts of the pandemic on nutrition. It also highlights the need for a systematic approach to frame and manage future pandemics and shocks.
