Food safety and water treatment 7. Safe complementary feeding practices 9. Manual expression of breastmilk and feeding with a cup 10. Formula feeding as a last resort while recovering from COVID-19. The document emphasizes the importance of breastfeeding, exclusive breastfeeding for six months, and continued breastfeeding up to two years or beyond. It also provides guidance on safe formula feeding practices, handwashing, and food safety measures to prevent COVID-19 transmission.
