Abstract

The report aims to synthesize evidence on the impact of savings groups on nutrition outcomes, particularly in arid and semi-arid lands (ASALs) in Kenya. The review explores the relationship between savings group membership and household nutrition, dietary diversity, and food security, as well as the pathways through which savings groups contribute to these outcomes. The report also examines models for sustaining savings groups beyond the initial funding period.
