The guide is designed for practitioners interested in facilitating a four-year Forest Garden Training Program and provides a grounding in the perspectives, tools, and skills necessary to do so effectively. It is organized into three sections: Facilitation Styles, Core Facilitation Skills, and Facilitation Tools, and covers topics such as leading change, facilitation styles, core skills, and tools for conducting training sessions.
