USAID Advancing Nutrition Nigeria: Sokoto SCFN Capacity Assessment Report (2022)

It presents the results of a capacity assessment of the State Committee on Food and Nutrition (SCFN) in Sokoto State. The report aims to identify priorities for improvement and produce an action plan for addressing them. The assessment used the Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT) to evaluate the SCFN capacity areas, including institutional context, structure and functions, gender equality and social inclusion, finance and operations, monitoring, evaluation, and learning, and state and local government authority offices.
