Abstract
The report presents the findings of the survey, which was implemented by Helen Keller International-Tanzania, in collaboration with other organizations, and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Canadian International Development Agency. The survey aimed to assess the coverage of vitamin A supplementation and de-worming among children in Tanzania.
