The objective of this chapter is to establish administrative requirements for implementing Commodity Import Programs (CIPs) to finance purchases by the public and/or private sector in the cooperating country and to establish the policies and essential procedures applicable to suppliers, importers, and the host country under CIPs.

Abstract
