Abstract
The purpose of the PMF Program is to help Federal agencies meet their workforce planning and succession needs by attracting to Federal service outstanding individuals from a variety of academic disciplines and career paths who are committed to excellence in the leadership and management of public policies and programs. It is explicitly envisioned as one of the tools for developing the future cadre of Government leaders. (Author abstract)
