Abstract
Four million dollars is channeled through the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives for credit to farmer groups or individual farmers. The balance of the loan, $1 million, finances support costs of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC). Support costs include salaries for additional professionals to be hired by the MOAC for preparation of projects and to provide extension advice to farmer groups and farmers.
