AID cooperative agreement no. 519-0320-A-00-3140-00 with Creative Associates International, Inc. to provide support in assisting rural Salvadoran communities and families improve environmental sanitation and potable water supply

The project supplements efforts being implemented by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the National Water and Sewer Administration (ANDA). Grant activities will be implemented in up to 30 communities (comprising a total of 22,500 people) already identified by the MOH and ANDA. In these communities, Creative Associates will: (1) conduct water supply engineering and design studies; (2) provide all materials, equipment, and technical resources needed to construct water distribution systems, household connections, and latrines; and (3) mobilize community labor for construction.
