AID cooperative agreement no. FAO-0801-A-00-3031-00 to Opportunities Industrialization Centers (OICI) for a project to strengthen the institutional capability of OICI to manage and expand PL 480, Title II activities

480 Title II activities. OICI will use the grant to: (1) strengthen its institutional capability to manage and account for Title II commodities; (2) develop headquarters-level management practices and build organizational capacities in the use of Title II food aid; (3) enhance its capability to provide overseas training, TA, project monitoring, and evaluation of Title II activities; (4) conduct feasibility studies of new Title II activities; and (5) replicate its Togo monetization program, thereby contributing to the institutionalization of Title II resources at OICI.
