Under the project, to be conducted as part of IESC"s innovative Trade and Investment Services Fast Track Program (TISFTP), IESC volunteer executives will develop business enterprises in Uruguay that have export potential to Argentina and Brazil and that would be attractive to U.S. companies. Targets include: 15-20 credible and industry-specific venture transaction opportunities, leading to 5-10 completed ventures; provision of services to 25-75 Uruguayan firms; 5 sector assessments; contacts with 100-300 U.S. firms; and publication of 12 promotional articles for newsletters/magazines.
