Grant is provided to the Lutheran World Federation (LWF) to provide relief and rehabilitation to drought victims in five areas of Ethiopia: Tigray, Wello, Shoa, and pockets of the lowlands of Wellega, and Illababor.

Abstract
LWF will provide 1,000 MT of wheat, maize, barley, sorghum, and teff or other seeds and up to 21,000 plows and handtools to needy farmers. LWF will transport the seeds, plows, and tools and distribute them with the assistance of the Ministry of Agriculture.
