Grant is provided under the Agrarian Reform Support project (5190259) to the American Institute for Free Labor Development (AIFLD) to support land reform in El Salvador through a 3-month program of assistance to the Union Comunal Salvadoreno (UCS).

Abstract
AIFLD will help UCS: provide agricultural TA to beneficiaries of the recently promulgated land reform decree as well as agricultural credit to UCS member co-ops; establish three community centers to provide food (under P.L. 480) and basic commodities to UCS membership; expand its legal services to handle land titling and other work associated with the decree; and fund 75 activists who will engage in grass-roots organizing campaigns.
