From May 2002 through September 2005, Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and two implementing partners (International Medical Corps and Save the Children/USA) provided technical and financial support for strengthening maternal and child health in Angola.

Abstract
This project, renamed Reforc�o ("reinforcement" or "support" in Portuguese), significantly improved the quality of health care in four Luanda health centers and pioneered efforts to develop PVO-MoH partnerships in two provinces. This report details the achievements as well as shortfalls of Reforco and discusses a number of lessons learned for program design in Angola. (Abstract from OCLC)
