Abstract
This annotated bibliography, the product of OSU"s review, comprises 257 citations (each with an abstract), listed alphabetically by author or institution. Due to the relatively recent focus on the role of gender in development, the majority of the literature cited is from the 1980"s and 1990"s. Most citations were published in the United States, although citations from Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America are included.
