This annotated bibliography, prepared to complement an earlier volume (published in 1985), is designed as a comprehensive, though not exhaustive, review of publications about the development, transfer, and utilization of agricultural technology by farmers in developing countries.

Abstract
Concentrating on books, reports, proceedings, and conference papers, the bibliography is divided topically into six sections: (1) agricultural development at a general level, (2) agricultural policy and planning, (3) generation of agricultural technology, (4) transfer of such technology, (5) utilization of agricultural technology by farmers, and (6) a listing of sources for technical reference materials. Each of the 522 entries includes a complete citation, a descriptive abstract, and subject keywords. The author, title, and subject indexes include published work cited in Volume One.
