Abstract
The project aims to improve the health status of African populations through the identification and promotion of best practices, technical capacity building, and regional African institution participation to address health problems in a sustainable manner. ASH provides data on trends and progress on the continent to USAID and other development partners to improve decision-making on health investments. ASH has collaborated with the USAID/Africa Bureau to produce this report, which focuses on the use of mobile health (mHealth) technologies to improve health outcomes in Africa. The report highlights various mHealth initiatives and projects implemented in different countries, including Rwanda, Kenya, and South Africa.
