Abstract
Within its ongoing program, initiated under projects 5210018/0114, HDF will reach some 180 new clients (including agribusiness entrepreneurs) and expand to one provincial area, probably Petit-Goave. The project will also strengthen HDF"s institutional capabilities, especially in regard to fundraising and project development, in order to enable HDF to solicit international donor funding. Collection of loans made under the reimbursement program will be a major project focus.
