Abstract
The program aims to provide comprehensive training in various sectors, including construction, manufacturing, and services. Centers will be established in both urban and rural areas, with a focus on regions with high unemployment rates. Each center will offer a range of programs, including apprenticeships, vocational training, and certification courses. The curriculum will be designed in collaboration with industry experts and will emphasize hands-on training, soft skills development, and entrepreneurship education. Centers will also provide access to resources such as equipment, software, and mentorship programs to support students in their learning journey. The government has allocated significant funding for the establishment and operation of these centers. A total of 50 centers will be established in the first phase, with plans to expand to 100 centers within the next three years. The centers will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and will have a strong focus on digital literacy and technology skills. The program will also include a strong emphasis on placement and job readiness. Centers will work closely with local employers to provide students with job opportunities and internships, and will also offer career counseling and job placement services. The government has set a target of placing at least 75% of graduates in employment or entrepreneurship within six months of completing their training. The establishment of these centers is expected to have a significant impact on the employability and entrepreneurship of youth in the region. By providing access to high-quality training and resources, the program aims to equip young people with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the modern workforce.
