Abstract
These standards reflect both the principles and practices of evaluation and as well as the distinctive requirements of foreign assistance programs. Although designed primarily for use by U.S. foreign assistance agencies, they are also relevant to partnering institutions, private contractors and host countries that conduct their own evaluations of development programs.
