Abstract
The evaluation included a document review and interviews with OIT (A.I.D.'s Office of International Training) and NAFSA staff and with selected trainees. Recommendations mostly pertain to NAFSA services to A.I.D. participants which the evaluator believes should be more clearly defined in the contract. (Author abstract, modified)
