The report includes: (1) a critical assessment of A.I.D."s procedures for evaluating participant training; (2) a history of the project"s development and a description of the techniques and methodology used in the program; (3) an annotated list of all required and special reports prepared from the program data; (4) an analysis of significant relationships among participants" backgrounds, experiences, and training-related satisfactions; (5) a discussion of the impact of participant training on the attainment of A.I.D."s Title IX objectives; and (6) a history of DETRI"s study of orientation programs conducted for A.I.D. trainees at the Washington International Center.
