This report includes: (1) an overview of the current housing situation in Jordan; (2) an Action Plan for the HG-004 Program; (3) a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for the implementation of the National Housing Strategy and the HG-004 Program; (4) a TA and Training Plan to implement the Action Plan; and (5) an Investment Plan that essentially tracks eligible expenses under the HG-004 Program.
