Abstract
The SP will provide: short-term TA to help analyze policymaking problems and identify solutions; approximately 30 months of specialized training or study tours, either in Morocco or the United States; and a limited number of microcomputers and training in their use. Long-term TA will be limited to helping the GOM implement policy reforms or manage the SP.
