Harper, Laura J. · 1981
Abstract
The consultant met with key professionals in Rome, reviewed the status of nutrition education in the four project countries, and presented a workpaper (cf. PD-AAI-121) in the Philippines which outlined a postsecondary agricultural training curriculum stressing nutrition content. Following the workshop, the consultant discussed plans to adopt the curriculum in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. The consultant recommmends that a great deal of follow-up be done. Student and instructor manuals and library materials are badly needed. Workshops to prepare teachers will have to be undertaken.
