Abstract
Although designed primarily for USAID program and project management staff and counterparts (e.g., contractors, PVO/NGO personnel, and host country government officials), this manual could be adapted by others and is meant to be a dynamic document. Topics include: workshop methodology; role of a facilitator; workshop set-up; visual aids; background materials; selecting projects; and adapting the workshop. Includes flipcharts, overheads, handouts, etc.
