Project to assist the Goodwill Industries of America (GIA) to increase income possibilities for mildly handicapped young adults in seven LDC"s.

Abstract

GIA will provide local affiliates with technical assistance to improve their institutional capacities and with direct project support. GIA will also hold regional seminars in West Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America, focusing on income generation for the handicapped and financial self-sufficiency for sponsoring agents.
