Abstract
The hospital, which was established by a U.S. missionary doctor in 1899 and is now a 235 bed facility, provides a wide range of medical services to the town of Dhamtari and the surrounding area. Funds will be used to construct and equip a new obstetrical unit, replacing an older one that has become overcrowded.
