Abstract
The subproject will finance: a slum upgrading policy seminar for about 250 district officials; a 10-day training seminar for about 120 BMA community development workers; a micro-processor and ancillary equipment for the BMA"s Slum Improvement Center; computer advisory services for the purchase and installation of this equipment and for software development and staff training; and policy and planning advisory services for the BMA.
