Abstract
The contribution of the World Bank to agricultural growth in the three countries is then reviewed, from the perspectives of both the policy advice and the lending provided by the Bank. The presentation is based upon the findings of case studies of the Bank"s involvement in the three East African countries. (Author abstract)
