Integrating reproductive health into NGO programs -- volume 1 : family planning -- trainer"s guide

The present document offers guidance in conducting both such an integration workshop and a related training of trainers (TOT) workshop for integration workshop conductors. Part one of the guide provides instruction on how to organize both the integration and TOT workshops. Part two provides guidance for conducting the integration workshop, which focuses on the six themes detailed in PN-ACA-882: (1) deciding whether to integrate FP; (2) selecting a program strategy; (3) measuring program results; (4) identifying staff requirements; (5) developing a contraceptive supply system; and (6) managing the finances of an integrated program. Part three covers the TOT workshop structure and implementation guidelines. The annex contains supplementary material to assist in organizing, evaluating, or implementing the workshop as well as hard copies of the overheads. The overheads are also located in the disk attached to the back cover.
