Abstract
investors against default on loans provided the Tefahot Israel Mortagage Bank, Ltd. to build 11,550 public housing units - mainly four-story buildings and row houses - in the Negev, Galilee, Haifa, and Central areas of Israel. Beneficiaries will be those with the most critical housing needs - young couples, new immigrants, minorities, and slum and agricultural settlement dwellers.
