Abstract
The dimensions of the Ready Board are specified as 1' x 4', with all electrical components, including panels, switches, plugs, and lamps, positioned at least 1" from the edge of the board. The main breaker panel is rated at 30A, with a 20A/20A duplex space for controlling various electrical components. The duplex plug is surface mounted and includes a GFCI rating. All electrical infrastructure on the Ready Board is required to be covered or sealed to prevent water ingress. The Ready Board is constructed from 5/8" pressure-treated plywood, with six holes to facilitate mounting. The two center holes are for anchoring on 2 x 4 lumber, while the four edge holes are for anchoring on walls or other frames. The wiring conductors on the Ready Board are a minimum of 2.5 mm2. The electrical system includes a 30A main breaker, a 20A/20A duplex space controlling a GFCI duplex plug, a duplex plug, lighting, and a prepaid keypad. All wiring is installed in 20mm PVC conduit. The system also includes a 4" PVC conduit with three threaded connections and locknuts, and a 4" PVC conduit with three threaded connections and locknuts.
